Our hosts, Damien and Miets were very welcoming and helpful and on hand if we needed them. We loved our accommodation, it was clean, spacious, beautifully furnished and in a great location. 7 minute walk to the centre, public transport across the road, a shop round the corner and a restaurant along the road which our hosts recommended (we also got a discount because we were staying at Mansion 6). Couldn't fault it.

Beautiful, Old but recently renovated apartment, with a lot of character (old beams etc.) in a quaint little square. Spacious building with very comfortable beds, full bathroom upstairs, as well as a washroom downstairs. Very clean and well equipped. Beautiful view and a super, friendly owner who was always great to deal with and very informative. Everything was well organized. Fantastic location, close to the river and most of the must see places! We will definitely be back, next year!

Very, clean and modern. Design of the space was exceptional. Extremely functional, well laid out, and beautiful. Attention was paid to the smallest details. The apt was very quiet and private. Location was great - close to the train station, restaurants, and grocery stores. Host Amanda was very responsive and helpful.

- Very cosy place, nicely decorated (we had room number 3 and we were 4 people, 2 x double beds and one mini single bed) - Soft and comfortable beds - Quiet location, and still okay to go to the city center, ie one needs about 30-40 minutes by foot and it's a nice walk along the river - Reactive host, we could even leave our bags inside the flat before the check-in - Parking in front of the house

The resort has different types of accommodation to choose from, for us there was a private swimming pool in addition to the public swimming pool, kids play areas are scattered around the resort. A small grocery shop and a bakery available. The restaurant was also good. In general , we enjoyed our stay.

    We have stayed here more than ten times but renting the penthouse was a first. A light-flooded space with a large terrace, it has the same excellent facilities and cool, modern classic interior (Alessi furniture) as all apartments at Urban Residences. The light and the class walls of the penthouse are a delight.

    Very well designed modern apartment with great water supply and good equipment. Located very close to the centre of Maastricht with a parking spot outside the apartment which was really handy. We stayed to do the Amstel Gold Sportive which had registration / start about 7/8 miles away but as we wanted to be based in the city , it worked really well. Would highly recommend the apartment

    Lovely modern apartment that is very well kept; clean, spacious and comfortable. It was central to everything so we didn't have to take our car out again - just walked everywhere. The apartment is above The Goveneur Bar, so a little confusing when you first arrive, but as soon as I asked at the bar I was immediately directed to the lock box and everything was easy from there. Nice to have your car parked off the street in a secure garage.
