Location although I miss the restaurant! That was great set an atmosphere also without it it's boring. The staff were every friendly and accommodating. Lovely!

    It was the views that prompted us to book this place and they didn't disappoint - really great view of Taupo Lake from the deck of our loft apartment, The staff were helpful and it was useful having a covered carport - the weather was abysmal during our visit.
