The location was a total college vibe. It was walking distance to shops, mini grocery stores, and restaurants. It was not walking distance to Mahidol University, but taxis and crab bike were always on standby

I stumbled upon this hidden gem coincidentally and I am so glad I did because this room was perfect for my 4-night stay. Supermarkets as well as a lot of Thai restaurants are in easy walking distance and Tonsak is an incredible kind and welcoming host - he made my stay even more pleasurable!! Highly recommend this place for those that want to experience proper comfort for an incredible price point!! 🥹✨

This new bed & breakfast is good for those who are looking for 1. a quiet place away from busy shopping areas, 2. a long-term stay. It's basically a residence that's been converted into a B&B. You get an entire floor with a separate (and nicely deocorated) bathroom, washer/dryer, and a space to dry your clothes. Breakfast - homemade and cooked to order - is delicious.
