Great location for exploring Montevideo. We were able to cook in the flat on a couple of nights to keep cost down as central Montevideo can be quite expensive and we were on a long-term trip. The AC worked well, the shower was good (although it's a small tank so be quick if there's more than one of you). Great communication and we were able to extend the stay slightly. This is an iconic building which has been converted into residential units and so you are staying in a studio apartment, not serviced, which was fine for us. All round great little apartment.

    This has to be the best apartment of my holiday in South America. Location is superb, in the centre of the old city, but quite at night. The loft itself is very good looking and comfortable, good spacious kitchen and living space and amazing balcony! The hosts are brilliant and do care a lot about your stay, they kept in touch throughout my stay to make sure everything was good.

    The apartment is in a still and safe neighborhood, not near the city centre, It more near the airport. The apartment it self is on the first floor of a complex and safe. There is a lift or staircase you can use. The room is big and comfortable with a little fridge inside and a separate bathroom. The entire apartment is available to use, but as the owner also stay in the same apartment, I only use the kitchen and my part of the apartment. Parking is available in front of the building as street parking, and I believe safe.

    Spacious, bright new studio apartment overlooking Montevideo port. Super clean, comfortable, modern, and quiet space. Well-equipped room and kitchenette. Large bathroom and shower. Dirk, the owner/host, is very personable, professional, and responsive. Location is great, just a couple of blocks from Plaza Independencia. I had a wonderful stay and would stay there again.
