Imagine this: your sister forgets her makeup back home, so after a 17ish hour flight and a check-in she heads to a local store to buy some lipstick. She goes down the elevator, and before she even arrives at reception, Ha, the host, shouts to her 'you look gorgeous!'. In just three words and an exclamation mark, my sister forgets the jet lag and all the cancelled flights. And that is just an example of the magic of Ha's personality: Ha and her family made our first stay in Vietnam lovely.

We had a great stay at the Vincent apartment and we gladly recommend it! The apartment manager, Loan, was very kind and helpful throughout our stay and even contacted us before our arrival to make sure everything is going smoothly. The room was nice, clean and cosy and the location is close to the main sightseeing places. We will be happy to stay here again!

So lucky to have reserved this apartment. The facility was great, but what really made it perfect was the staff. Mrs. Tam, the host, was incredibly kind to me. I fell ill with pneumonia/tonsillitis while in Hanoi and Mrs. Tam constantly communicated with me on WhatsApp while I recuperated. She made sure I was OK and had everything I needed and her staff brought me food, etc. And her lovely cleaning lady even accompanied me to the hospital to see a doctor. I cannot thank them enough for taking such good care of me as a solo traveler, so far away from home. The apartment itself was well appointed, clean and comfortable. The washer dryer combination was an amazing addition so I could wash clothes, and the kitchenette had all utensils, and even a rice cooker. Hanoi is a hectic, chaotic city, but this apartment is outside the main tourist area, sitting on a side street and is somehow tucked away from the urban craziness. It’s actually quiet at night. The location is right off of West Lake and it’s just a short walk/grab ride to the city’s old quarter. Oh, and the price is excellent as well.

It really is how it is being shown in the photos. Very nice, clean and spacious room. The location is also near the main areas but you can still enjoy some peace and quiet times. They also clearly communicate how to do self check-in. We liked it so much!

    Delightful, spacious, light, and modern apartment in a very quiet courtyard behind a quiet street. It was absolutely spotless, with quality furnishings plus homely touches so it doesn't feel like a hotel room. Hieu gave us a very warm welcome and helped us with everything we needed during our 6-day stay. It was so nice to have cooking facilities and be able to eat on the balcony. It's also very close to great cafes, street food, shops, train street and other Old Quarter areas, we could walk everywhere.
