Our stay here was wonderful, so much so that when we came back to Hanoi after our Ha Long Bay trip, we decided to stay again. The neighborhood is great for those who want to be out of the more tourist packed Old Quarter but still close enough to be able to get to all the main attractions in about 10 min car ride ($2-3 by Grab). A lot of cute cafes and eateries in the neighborhood as well. This is a new building with modern amenities. Facilities were clean and also equipped with on site laundry machines and dryers. We felt very safe here. The main doors are locked with keycard access for guests. The entire staff speaks English fluently and were very welcoming and nice! They are very communicative and answered all our questions before we arrived. Our concierge, Celina, was particularly helpful. We wanted to see the water puppet show at Thang Long. Tickets are difficult to obtain online, so she called and helped reserve tickets for pick-up. They have an in house barista who makes coffee for guests (one complimentary a day!). My partner has very specific preferences when it comes to his coffee; the staff remembered this for the following day on their own. It felt very personal. We would definitely stay here again if we ever come back to Hanoi!

This is a new property. It opened September 2024. The staff are learning the business and in doing so will go out of their way to ensure you have a great stay. Location is just outside the old town. It is great for walking to sites such as the prison, the Ho Chi Minh complex, the train station and more. I highly recommend the Women’s Museum which is also a pleasant walk. I booked the smaller room which was nicely styled and very clean. I highly recommend this property for your stay in Hanoi

Booked for one night… and ended up coming back after a 2-day trip because we couldn’t resist! The place is spotless (above-average clean), beautifully designed, and the beds/pillows were so comfy we basically melted into them. The shampoo and shower gel smelled amazing — like stepping into a spa — and for a night, it honestly felt like living in a castle hidden in the woods - yes, expect some hidden plants here & there. The host was super easy to communicate with, and the staff were polite, fun, and very accommodating. Oh, and the café downstairs? Dangerously tasty. Already plotting our next “castle” getaway - after this, I don't think I'll stay somewhere else in Hanoi :)

Honestly one of the best places I’ve stayed in Hanoi. The apartment was on the 5th floor with a stunning lake view, and it was just so peaceful. Super clean and really nicely decorated too. I loved the little café on the ground floor perfect for a quick coffee or cheese cake. The area feels like a small, quiet island but still close enough to the city center. Big shout out to the team especially Cuc for being so helpful and kind. I had an early flight and they arranged everything for me.

So lucky to have reserved this apartment. The facility was great, but what really made it perfect was the staff. Mrs. Tam, the host, was incredibly kind to me. I fell ill with pneumonia/tonsillitis while in Hanoi and Mrs. Tam constantly communicated with me on WhatsApp while I recuperated. She made sure I was OK and had everything I needed and her staff brought me food, etc. And her lovely cleaning lady even accompanied me to the hospital to see a doctor. I cannot thank them enough for taking such good care of me as a solo traveler, so far away from home. The apartment itself was well appointed, clean and comfortable. The washer dryer combination was an amazing addition so I could wash clothes, and the kitchenette had all utensils, and even a rice cooker. Hanoi is a hectic, chaotic city, but this apartment is outside the main tourist area, sitting on a side street and is somehow tucked away from the urban craziness. It’s actually quiet at night. The location is right off of West Lake and it’s just a short walk/grab ride to the city’s old quarter. Oh, and the price is excellent as well.

    Delightful, spacious, light, and modern apartment in a very quiet courtyard behind a quiet street. It was absolutely spotless, with quality furnishings plus homely touches so it doesn't feel like a hotel room. Hieu gave us a very warm welcome and helped us with everything we needed during our 6-day stay. It was so nice to have cooking facilities and be able to eat on the balcony. It's also very close to great cafes, street food, shops, train street and other Old Quarter areas, we could walk everywhere.

    The apartment was a lake view studio with a lovely view across the lake onto the pagoda, the apartment had everything we need for self catering. A short taxi ride to the hustle and bustle of the old quarter. Highly recommend if you are looking to self cater and want a bit of tranquility away from the hustle and bustle of the Centre
