Everything was perfect, the room was very nicely arranged ! I wasn’t expecting something this good for this price! The bed was comfortable, Ac was very efficient, internet was fast ! There is a mirror and even a hair dryer!!! They also provide eco friendly soap and a towel. The location is also very convenient, it’s pretty quiet because it’s in a smaller alley but you are very close to everything ! Last but not least the staff was very nice and friendly, I think it was the first time someone helped me carry my bags upstairs ! I will definitely come back if I have to stay in Hanoï again !!

Wonderful lake view with a balcony facing the sunset. A lot of space in the apartment. Very modern and comfortable. And the host and the workers in the coffee shop below are super friendly. The security guard is very kind and would bring my scooter into a secure area after the coffee shop closed so I wouldn't have to worry about it. I also love the neighborhood. I will return :)

We had a great stay at the Vincent apartment and we gladly recommend it! The apartment manager, Loan, was very kind and helpful throughout our stay and even contacted us before our arrival to make sure everything is going smoothly.
