My family and I stayed for 4 days and 3 nights at Le Chapa Hotel & Spa, and we had a wonderful experience! It's located in the heart of Sapa town, making it very close to various dining options, tourist attractions, and other local activities. We could walk to many attractions without needing additional transportation—very convenient! Access to and from the hotel was also very easy, whether we left early in the morning to explore or returned at night after sightseeing. The security and comfort were truly palpable. One thing we appreciated was the hotel's emphasis on room cleanliness. Our room was thoroughly cleaned daily, towels were changed regularly, and amenities were always complete—from soap and shampoo to mineral water. The lighting in the bedroom and bathroom was excellent, creating a warm and comfortable atmosphere, perfect for resting and getting ready in the morning. We also appreciated the large windows that could be opened to enjoy the fresh mountain air. In terms of connectivity, the internet and Wi-Fi were excellent throughout our stay. We were able to access social media smoothly, upload travel photos, and even make video calls without interruption. Overall, Le Chapa offers maximum comfort, with friendly service and excellent facilities. We highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking to explore Sapa with ease and comfort!

The location is perfect! Sun Plaza is just 20steps away. Owner and his son greeted us upon arrival and let us check in early morning :-) super happy! :-) the owner is very considerate when they found out i had a mistake with my booking and let it be cancelled without charge even though its my fault. The room is clean, nice and perfect for what we needed. Will surely be back again. Thank you soooo much! :-)
