The Studio was exactly as described on the website. Comfortable, spacious and well located. It had everything we needed for our stay. It has a well thought out sitting area and separate table and chairs for dining with one of the best equipped kitchens we have ever seen in a holiday unit. The hosts Mel and Dave made sure we knew the location and how to access the property with a welcome SMS providing the information. The Studio is a short walk from the beach and the Great Ocean Walk. It is close to Apollo Bay for all shopping and eating out. We had to make a late change to our booking dates and Mel and Dave were able to accommodate that with no problem.

Situated in Port Campbell in the Victoria region, 12 Rocks Beach View Loft Central Port Campbell has a patio and sea views. Both free WiFi and parking on-site are accessible at the apartment free of charge. The property is non-smoking and is located a few steps from Port Campbell Beach. Breakfast wasn't part of the deal. We loved the space, the beds, the kitchen, the bathrooms; but, especially the view. The view is incredible. It's worth the entire fee. The place was super clean. The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed. The "living room" was comfortable.

The apartment with a terrace and garden views features 1 bedroom, a living room, a flat-screen TV, an equipped kitchenette with a microwave and a toaster, and 1 bathroom with a walk-in shower. For added privacy, the accommodation features a private entrance. It's a beautiful little unit in a farm 5 minutes away from town. It was raining the day we were there so we didn't get to explore the farm unfortunately. Clean, warm and comfy!! The owners are really lovely and accommodating. Also went out of their way to provide GF breakfast options for us.

Guests have access to a sauna and spa facilities. It was spacious and comfortable and free laundry! There was a great heat lamp in the bathroom which was nice in cold weather.

This is a beautiful , quiet accommodation. We had the entire upstairs floor with the two rooms we had which we used to host Christmas dinner for 6 people with plenty of room. the room was well stocked with everything we needed. ( Get someone to show you how to use the heater/air conditioner right away. They work well but we were unsure of how to use this type of unit) The location is amazing with a wonderful coffee shop just below it. Port Fairy was a delightful little community.
