The location couldn’t be better—right on Finikoudes coastal road, with easy access to restaurants, bars, shopping, local markets, and, of course, the beach for swimming. From the breathtaking cleanliness that you could eat from the floor to the equipment of the room, where owners think for their clients and they provide everything you could ever need during your stay in the hotel - till the amazing breakfast full of local, organic products while eating on a teracce, bathing in the sunlight with a view of the sea, gives the hotel a special value which you can hardly find somewhere else for this amount of money. My first memory of Cyprus will always be on this hotel and I will gladly come back just to stay here.

The room was very clean and the location was so close to the Finikoudes Beach. Very friendly owner. I was able to leave my bag in the jewelry shop, which was amazing because my flight home was late at night.

We had everything we needed in order to feel like home. Spacious apartment, very nice building, good area at 5 mins away from the main attractions. Easy with parking place and accessible from the airport and to the highway - in order not to be stuck in traffic. Although the roadworks are ongoing, they didn't bother our stay at all.

We loved the breakfast, it was very well presented and everything was delicious. There was a chef, you could request for omelette, pancakes, anything. We also enjoyed the pool, there were towels provided at the area. Our room was bigger than what we expected and we enjoyed it to the max!

He took care of our early check-in and accompanied us throughout our stay at Larvella Estia Luxury Suites. He was so helpful, communicative and extremely kind. The kitchen was fully equipped - from kitchen utensils to a washing machine, microwave, induction hob, dishwasher and fridge. In addition, there was a beautiful large balcony, a daily cleaner was included and an elevator. A large swimming pool in the yard, walking distance to the beach, a large supermarket just a five-minute walk away, and a great cafe next to the address - everything was just perfect. We extended our stay a few times, even though it was booked at short notice. Leo made it possible and made sure it was all organised for us. It was a perfect experience, which left us wanting more!
