The apartment has 2 bedrooms, a flat-screen TV with streaming services, a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher and an oven, a washing machine, and 1 bathroom with a bath. Towels and bed linen are offered in the apartment. The accommodation is non-smoking. My two friends and I stayed at The Good Place from 9/21 to 9/25. The owner, Vincent, was incredibly helpful and kind in every possible way throughout our stay. On the first night, we arrived late and needed to do some laundry. Vincent promptly provided us with detailed instructions and answered our phone call right away when we had doubts about using the washing machine. He also supplied us with clothes hangers and racks to dry our clothes indoors. The place was spacious and equipped with all the necessary utilities. To our surprise, it even had a Nespresso machine with just the right amount of capsules for our stay, and a record player in the living room, which definitely added to the mood. The only tiny things to be picky about were that the double bedroom felt a bit humid and had a slight odor of humidity, and there was no elevator, so we had to carry our luggage up five flights of stairs, but we already knew this before we arrived, so isn't a big deal at all. The best part about Vincent was his great hospitality. He kindly recommended stores, sites, restaurants, and places to visit when I asked for suggestions on things to do in Berlin. Overall, he’s a very generous host, and I would definitely recommend this place to any friends visiting Berlin!
