Spacious suites with separate living area, kitchen and bedroom. Very clean and comfortable. Centrally located - most attractions were walking distance. The staff were delightful, especially the breakfast staff - they were very attentive and remembered our preferences for coffee and eggs. Absolutely recommend this hotel!

Excellent accomodation. Lovely apartments in a really good location. They were clean and we had a great view from the little balcony. Washing machine with powder provided was great too.

If you’d like to enjoy a 360° view of the city and the entry fee of €18–24 isn’t a concern, this spot can be a good option. Be sure to book your tickets well in advance. Personally, I don’t consider it a must-visit attraction given the price, but the overall surroundings are pleasant.

The Christmas Market in the plaza was one of the best we...

The Christmas Market in the plaza was one of the best we visited. Great markets, lighting, an ice rink and Santa flying across the sky. There are some great places to eat there and metro station right there. There's also a mall nearby (Alexa)

Location is extremely amazing close to the U-Bahn and a walking distance (10 to 15mins) to the Museum Island and Alexanderplatz. Loved the hotel entrance and the lobby. Room was very nice and cozy. The toilets seemed upgraded/renovated so that was nice to see. Breakfast was very good. Kids loved it. There is a very nice supermarket behind the building. Would definitely come back.

Fantastic hotel right at Alexanderplatz station, great convenient location. Staff was super friendly, check in and out quick and storing our bags worked perfectly. The rooftop bar and its view are beautiful - the drinks were delicious and the staff was lovely too. We didn’t have breakfast so cannot comment but everything we used was great. Beds were extremely comfy and bathroom nice and clean.

The apartment was excellent. A perfect fit for four adults, each needing a private room. Every room was spacious and comfortable. It could easily suit four couples as well, and there is even a kids’ room with bunk beds. The place was clean, the kitchen had everything we needed, and the location was fantastic. It is set in a quiet neighborhood with great supermarkets, bars, and food options, and only a 10-minute tram ride from Alexanderplatz, with stops right outside the door.

The apartment was very spacious and clean, in a quiet suburban street not far from a tram stop that connects straight to Alexanderplatz, which connects well with the rest of Berlin. So, super convenient. Keys were in a lockbox at the door. Plan ahead to get the code you need.

We were on the 33rd floor and had an amazing view over Alexanderplatz and southern Berlin. The hotel is very close to the trains, trams and buses. There are many restaurants and cafes nearby, if you didn't want to eat in the hotel restaurants. The staff were very helpful and friendly. The bed was very comfortable but the pillows were not.
