Location is great, room is very clean and spacious, has a coffee machine. Bad was comfortable. Had an amassing view, thanks for giving me an upper floor room!

The hotel is well maintained, modern and clean. The staff is very nice and accommodating and there is a very good buffet breakfast for 25€ per person. Our room had a very nice view of the city and there is a closed parking garage that is included in the price of the booking. The hotel is in a perfect spot in the city. You can reach a lot of places by foot and there are metro and bus stations very close as well.

We arrived late and tired and were greeted by super friendly and helpful staff. The room was larger than expected, large comfortable double bed, beautifully designed bathroom. We went to the bar super late and although they were about to close, they still let us have a drink and plenty of time to enjoy it. Stylish bar where we returned the following nights because it was so nice. Breakfast was also nice with a wide variety of hot and cold food, different juices and other drinks. Good choice of breads and cereals. They also cater for early and late breakfasts. The hotel is close to the wall memorial and the underground. So easy to get around the city. Check-out is at 12 noon, which is another positive. Good wifi in the room. We can highly recommend it and will certainly be back.

There are many things to like about this hotel. The proximity to the main train station, restaurants and attractions. The friendly staff, well appointed rooms and the overall design of the hotel. The entire experience was great. And this is not the first time I’ve stayed there, but my third. It’s my “go to” hotel when I’m in Berlin.

This location is outstanding, situated right by Alexanderplatz and conveniently close to museums, boat tours, and a variety of restaurants, making it an ideal base for exploring Berlin. The staff is friendly, and the rooms are consistently clean throughout your stay. Plus, you can enjoy an impressive view of the city, including the iconic Fernsehturm.

Happy with everything. Wonderful staff, quiet room, close to attractions I wanted to see walking distance, clean room & common areas, good Wifi. SUPER comfy bed & pillows. Free lockers to store my bags on last day so was able to get more time in Berlin. I was on 8th floor which was recently updated nicely. Lots resturants around.

The room was spacious and quiet! AMAZING location. The bar/hang out room was very fun, we made lots of friends, and overall awesome vibes at this place. Felt very safe too. Traveled with 4 other girls (early 20s).

The hotel is just next to the train station, so it’s easy to find food and beverage around. There’s a supermarket inside the train station.

Everything was really great, clean comforting beautiful. the staff was very friendly, i don't remember the guys name but he gave me good travel advices showed everything on the map, it was very nice. Spa was great and the breakfast too.

The guestfree staff what a sweeties, we ask by example for umbrella when its raining and they borrowed it in this way we could still enjoy the day. The clutter and yeah just the whole approach super nice.

Everything was clean and modern. Staff was very polite and helpful. Special thanks to a bartender called Uri, he makes the best “Berlin-gin-tonics”. Also thank you for Gabby from the restaurant, she was amazing and sparkling personality.
