Loved everything about it. Really Modern apartment with big sun terrace, only few steps from the pool. Excellent air con in every room and was spotlessly clean. Rental company were great and on hand if needed. 10-15 mins walk to La Zenia Boulevard and 3 different commercial centres so great location. Couple of bars a few mins walk away with great food.

Lovely modern apartment, with excellent uninterrupted sea view. Very good location, close to many restaurants and bars. There was paddle boat and SUP board rental directly in front of the property. There is also a pharmacy located at the back entrance of the building. The beds were very comfortable, and the en suite shower had lots of settings for the perfect shower. The staff was friendly and welcoming. There are two lifts side by side on the property and a pool with seating area in the back.

Marina was an amazing host and her communication before arrival was 10/10 She greeted us and the property was so easy to find with her instructions. She answered all my questions. We had to leave a little earlier than we initially stated so we never got to say goodbye.... However Just want to personally thank Marina for letting us stay in her perfect holiday apartment. It was genuinely in the best location and would book again.

Easy to communicate with the rental company. Spacious modern apartment. Very modern everything you could need was provided. very close to the beach also close to bars and restaurants. Even though it is on Calle Gerona it was very quiet no street noise and no noise from other apartments. the free parking was an added bonus very rare in such a central location.

Very clean and modern apartment. Everything you need for a short stay! Added extras - water in fridge, coffee machine ect. Really well kept. Great location and lovely helpful staff!

Beautiful modern apartment in the very centre of Valencia old town. Lots of bars and restaurants on our doorstep. We had a beautiful small balcony looking onto the street. Great self catering facilities. Amazing tapas bar next door and bakery for breakfast only 2 minutes away. Great being able to leave luggage as we had a late flight home. Would definitely book again.

Clean and modern apartment had everything we needed. Carlos was really good at letting us know about everything - from what buses to get from where, local events that were on …. Really really helpful.

The host was very responsive to messages and the apartment/studio was very comfortable for a short stay. It's not in the middle of any highly significant sights so it's quiet at night. There are bars, cafes and restaurants in the surrounding streets which are not packed with tourists, a win in my view. There's a bike rental place on the corner 50mt from the door, which is the best way to get to all the sights.
