Clean, good a/c, great beds ( if you like it a bit hard) lots of pillows and duvets. Did not use the bed sofa, but it was nice to sit on!☺️ Good breakfast, all the staff was more than welcoming!

Close to the station, but not right next to it, the hotel is a quiet oasis in a busy part of the city. As we had to use the train every day the location was just right. The street it is in is not that salubrious, like many streets in this area, but as soon as you enter the hotel it is calm, super clean and friendly. Everything about the room is good. The breakfast is good as well. It was also a good room to work in, with a comfortable work chair and well-lit desk. If we were going back to Birmingham, we would return to this hotel.

The apartment also includes 1 bathroom. Clean big rooms, great location, quiet area. Close to the train station. Easy door access through a security code. The heating worked well and quickly. The host was very kind.
