Communication was great, detailed instructions on how to access, check in, and check out were clearly provided after booking.

The Chambers Park Place is warm and welcoming, with each stylish apartment fully equipped to offer 5-star luxury in Leeds city centre. The hotel was perfect in every respect (clean, comfortable, spacious, and placed in a safe area in the central city). The staff, in particular, were the most friendly and helpful I have encountered in all my travels. When my flight was unexpectedly canceled and I faced some difficulties, the entire team offered tremendous assistance, for which I am deeply grateful. If I ever return to Leeds, this is undoubtedly the place where I would want to stay again.

The bedroom for me is the star of the apartment. Ample space for your bags with a nice view from the stunning bay window. Our host provided plenty of check in information and was prompt with replying to our questions. The apartment is located right in the heart of flowergate but is down a little lane therefore there was no noise. It was brilliant being amongst the buzz of town with restaurants, bars and vintage shops. A perfect stay while visiting Whitby.

It was in a quiet location in the North bay with parking but with easy access to the main town. We loved the stunning kitchen and lounge with beautiful views over the bay. The bedrooms were sumptuous especially the showers. Excellent communication with our hosts and lots of information about what to see, do and where to eat. We had an amazing stay. Highly recommended.
