The agent thought my daughter and son in law would appreciate being close to the beach, so she took us to their "sister" hotel for the same price. The beach was within walking distance to the hotel and close to various restaurants.

The port is a short few minutes walk, the bus terminal for public transportation and also for tours. It is right in the heart of tourist attractions, shops and restaurants. There is a supermarket 2 minutes away. The host is very hospitable! As the property is in the labyrinth, I did get lost the first night and the host came and assisted me.

After exploring quite a bit of the island, we feel so lucky to have chosen Majo for our week in Naxos.
