The location is excellent—you can walk from Kyoto Station, and many of the city’s attractions are within walking distance. Our experience at this accommodation was excellent.

Among the facilities at this property are a 24-hour front desk and a lift, along with free WiFi throughout the property. The property is less than 1 km from Kyoto Shigaku Kaikan Conference Hall, and within 1.3 km of the city centre. Check-in: we arrived earlier than the check-in time. We could store our luggage at the property Room: spacious and very clean, robes and slippers provided. Housekeeping will clean room and exchange towels, beds changed every 5 days. Area: 3 stops on bus number 50 from Kyoto Station. Amazing location. Local eateries at every corner, however most do not speak English. Google translate was a huge help Amenities: Green Tea in room, kitchenette with microwave, sink, hot plate, towels, robes and slippers provided. If you are a coffee drinker reception has a coffee maker and free laundry facilities. Staff: super polite and welcoming. Any communication issues solved with google translate.

Loved the location - easy travel to many of the sites, close to a great ceramics centre and not too busy. My favourite part was walking back into the lobby after a long day of exploring Kyoto - the smell was always amazing! The appartement itself is comfortable and contains most things you'll need (except a clothing iron), the shower is wonderfull and we even enjoyed sleeping on the tatami mats. We had no issued while staying here - nicest acommodation we had in Japan.

It is situated 300 metres from Samurai Kembu Kyoto and provides a 24-hour front desk. The accommodation features spa facilities, free WiFi throughout the property and family rooms. Amazing room, super clean and brand new. It is very spacious compared to other places I stayed in Kyoto. Location is my favourite in town - it's very close to some main landmarks, gardens, shopping, restaurants, next door to family mart and 5min walk to the metro/train station. Highly recommend!

Loved it! Super clean, well equipped, and in a very nice neighborhood. The staff are nice. Close to supermarkets, sentos etc. The room was not big but somehow very comfortable. Wood equipment and supplementary products (oil, salt, great coffee). Would definitely come back.
