The hotel came fully supplied with free toiletries. the room itself was very spacious, with a mini kitchenette and in unit laundry. Our family got confused and ended up going to the Oyado Shinmachi Kyoto and did not realize until we called their customer service line via WhatsApp. they were super understanding and helpful, even sending us the directions to the correct hotel. The location of the hotel was centrally located, near a train station to take you around the city. I would give this hotel 10 out of 5 stars if possible and highly recommend.
