Host flexibly accommodated my delayed arrival due to a flight cancelation and graciously accommodated a late checkout. The apartment is situated in a great location in Colombo Marine Drive and it was easy to get a taxi via local app "pick me" or array of tuk tuks were always found on the Marine Drive. There is a large supermarket in walking distance, and just across the road, the beachside restaurants offer delicious local specialties till the midnight. Early morning walks on the golden sands by the beach was an absolute delight and I also loved to see the local trains passing right by the side of the beach. It was a great local experience. Highly recommended to both individuals and families.
