My airline left my luggage back home and Bally was extremely helpful in getting my lost luggage back by calling and liasing with the airport. The staff were all very nice, one of them kindly washed my dirty skirt for me after I got caught in a storm! Air conditioned, clean room/facilities, free water and snacks. Good location in Bangkok; not far from old town but also around many local restaurants, stores and houses. I would definitely recommend to anyone and come stay again!

Pat's place is the best to explore Bangkok. In busy China town, but we still slept like babies at night (you get used to the noise - promise). Close to metro blue line, markets, Lotus, hundreds of local shops, food places and shrines nearby. The personnel of the residence is extremely nice and helpful. Free unlimited water - you won't find it even in the hotels. The flat itself is super tidy, modern but also felt like home, with wooden high end floors spacious bathroom with hot water. Highly recommend!

Friendly check-in process. Large, clean room with new furnishings. Air conditioning, screened windows, and balcony. Located on the 5th floor, sunny side. Good work desk with ample power outlets. TV, refrigerator (with daily free water), and microwave provided. Large comfortable bed with firm pillows. Clean bathroom with shower, large toiletries, and a bidet. They thoughtfully provided a coffee table and chairs shortly after check-in. Daily room service included water bottles and trash removal. Nearby: Chinatown and many small shops and street food vendors. We were there during the vegetarian festival, so there were also street food markets. There's a bus stop and a metro station. I saw several currency exchange offices with good rates. Massages nearby (500-600m in a shopping center) for 200 baht per hour. About three 7-Eleven stores. Also nearby are lots of workshops and electronics stores; I understand you can buy and repair things cheaply there. Opinion after 7 days of stay: The area itself isn't suitable for long-term living for us, but inside everything was very pleasant. A simple example that better expresses my opinion: When we were checking out, the woman gave us umbrellas and helped with our luggage. There was heavy rain, and she was running around showing the way to taxi drivers and trying to explain the route to them. They welcomed us very warmly and homely, and saw us off the same way. It felt like we weren't staying at a hotel, but visiting a grandmother :)

For added privacy, the accommodation has a private entrance and is protected by full-day security. Nice place to stay. Very clean and comfortable. Good Thai and not only Thai breakfast made by lady who take care about the Villa. The place a little far from city center, but you can take a Bolt bike taxi 50baht and then subway 50 bht to centre. So it was very good to stay for me.
