The cleanliness was excellent allthough daily cleaning is not provided as it is more of a long term stay apartment. Very spacious and well appointed room and very comfy beds. Size of the kitchen is excellent as well

Rooms were normally equipped with a fridge tv and cloths rack. With open balcony quite good. For the price . We had street food near by and many other food stalls near by. Big C was hardly 5min walk beach we walked it took about 15to 20 mins . They booked alcazar show for us the price was really competitive we also rented a bike just 200thai bhat a day. Actually they guided us very well for sightseeing and tours locally. What i feel they have good knowledge about local tours and sightseeing even for bangkok .aa we booked safari world in bangkok for the next day as we would stay at bangkok for 2 nites with our friend there i booked with their front desk some bangkok sightseeing also like even cruse in bangkok was also very good price . We got good guided. They gave free coffee and snacks too. Would recommend the property as very friendly people and very good location at cheap rates.
