The apt is very spacious, clean, modern hobo decorated and had everything we needed, even extra towels and toilet paper. The beds are new and comfortable. There's a workout room available to us, on our floor. The manager/contact was the nicest, and he always responded quickly and professionally. He accommodated an early check in and a late check out. With the late check out, he even said there was no need to clean or to take out any garbage. I went through booking.com and their rates were so reasonable. There are several small grocery stores on the corner and famous Fiore's Italian sandwiches 4 blks east. Note: Transportation information from this location. It's approx. 10 blocks to get to Bus 126 that takes you into NYC. You need to download an app to purchase tickets. BHLight rail is a few blocks away, which can take you to Hoboken Terminal to change to the PATH or Ferry. We will definitely book here again! Thank you for a great stay!

This place was soooo esthetically cute and beautiful and exactly where you want to stay after you arrive from where ever your traveling from. The host is amazing and very nice and also very attentive and responsive. Answered my messages at 1am just as quick as 3pm Even checks the cleaning of the apartment after the cleaners are done the job before you even get there and after your stay to make sure it is actually done correct and meets the bookers expectations. This place was spotless not a speck of dust or dirt. Judge me if you want too but I didn't use any slides or flip flops in the shower and I ALWAYS do. That's how clean this shower was. I can't wait to stay again! They have pots and pans so if u don't like to eat out a lot and want to save some money you are able to cook. I felt right at home. Definitely one of my top stays. It was also in a very quite area and neighbors and neighborhood arent noisy at all so you can rest after a long trip. You won't regret this place at allll!

The apartment is located about a 12-minute walk from the metro station. For me, this was a very good distance. In the same building and next door, there are two shops selling basic necessities. You'll also find several restaurants and breakfast places nearby. There's even a market with fresh fruit and vegetables near the metro station.

Beds were very comfortable, ample closet space. Very well lit, inside & out. A sweet, ROMANTIC "love nest". Included a desk & printer & lots of charging facilities for phones & laptop in the bedroom. And easy access on TV. Check was easy-peasy. Location is easy to find & about 20 minutes away from LGA by Uber. Safe neighborhood, walkable. We found a local mom & pop pizza place & ate delicious, home-made soups & NY Style pizza. If you love nature, the apartment is located near Pelham Bay Park & the Botanical Gardens, or Zoo. We didn't stay long enough to enjoy that. Focused on Manhattan Island!
