There wasn't much that I liked about this hotel.
There wasn't much that I liked about this hotel. The hotel service was really bad. It was 25 degrees outside and cold in the hotel on one side of the room by the window. The heater was barely heating to my satisfaction and all I had was a thin cover. I asked the attendant at the desk for a blanket, and he looked at me as if I was from another planet. He suggested that I turn the temperature to the ideal setting of 78 degrees. The heater worked for a while and then it wasn't as effective later in the morning. I would suggest better service and a blanket at least.

I have chosen to go there again ! My previous booking was also via Booking.com ! However, this time ! The experience was terrible! I will no longer consider this hotel for the next monthly stay! The manager or so called! She needs hotel training ...

Everything about this stay was perfect for me. Very clean & fresh, comfortable room and the location was ideal. Easy walk to the park, bar & lounges as well as restaurants and grab & go stores. Definitely would recommend & for sure would use this location for my next stay.

Great value for money, the apartment was clean and nice, had all the utilities working, and the bed was amazingly comfortable. We got towels, kitchen utensils, and shower produsts on-site. The host was super attentive, he always responded quickly via Booking Messages when we had questions or requests :) The location is great, a 5-minute walk from the subway station that could reach all Manhattan attractions within a few stops. Reaching the accommodation from the JFK airport was also quite convenient, even via public transport.

Best shower of my life! The water pressure literally felt like a waterfall and the temperature was perfect. The room was clean and very old fashioned (featuring a real stocked up mini bar, LOL)! The location was perfect, walked out straight into Times Square and then 1-2 blocks down to Grand Central Station to take the LIRR to JFK, super easy! The staff were extremely friendly and impressed me so much! I will definitely recommend this hotel for a short stay!
