This is a whitewashed house with several rooms right in front of the beach at Kampos, perfectly arranged, clean, with kitchen facilities, not hot during the day because of its structure, I used no air-conditioning. Eva, the owner, is a lovely person, going out of her way to meet your needs, I got lost on arrival despite the navigation and she came to show me the way at 3 in the night. The beach is perfect, sand, no stones, shallow for children, hundreds of beds and shades, plus a lot of space without, in a picturesque bay with several tavernas and cafes. Patmos is a great island full of history and terrific sights, it is good to have a car.

The property was self catering but provided all the kitchen tools and utensils you could need to cook for yourself. The owner also went out of his way to help me when my laptop broke and helped me access my bank accounts by letting me borrow his personal laptop for a few minutes. The host and cleaners were also very helpful by providing local information and details about the property that helped me enjoy my stay more. Huge thanks all round.

We loved the space and the hosts were great! The unit was clean and had everything you needed. We stayed for 1 night but would have been comfortable in the space for a weeks long stay as there was plenty of space for the 3 of us! The views were beautiful. The hosts were very kind letting us check in early and out late, even giving us a ride to the port to leave.

Arrived to Patmos via Ferry very late in the night/early morning - 00:15. Host (Nekatrias) was there to take me directly to the unit. Carried my bags to the room. All in the most pleasant and gracious manner. Very genuine. Woke in the morning and in the daylight the view from the unit was spectacular. Photos do not give it justice. Room is recently constructed with very exceptional workmanship, care, and love. Doors and windows open fully out to private terrace to wonderful view of the surrounding mountains and Grikos bay/waterfront. Very peaceful and quiet. Serene. Wish I had stayed there longer. Highly, highly recommend.

We stayed in one of the rooms on the terrace at Marietta Studios. The location is a 5-minute walk from the center of Skala. The owner is very friendly and helpful. They generally did their best to help us with everything. It is at the optimum level in terms of price and performance. Also, when we returned to the facility one day, we came across a surprise they had prepared for our little girl in the room we stayed in; we saw that they had bought a carefully packaged gift toy and a sticker book for our daughter. The place is quite spacious. Since the roads are very narrow, you have to cooperate with the people coming from the opposite direction when traveling by car. I can say that it is a facility that I will definitely consider on my next trips to Patmos.

I cannot say enough wonderful things about the staff at this hotel. Every detail mattered to them our rooms were immaculate. Everything was thought of and we will definitely come back.
