This was such a cozy, clean and scenic property! It was clean, had accessories for us to use at the local beaches. Extra linens and toiletries were provided and the best part (aside from everything else) was getting to know and hang out with the neighbors and locals! Such a fun great beautiful vacation spot!

The villa, or actually the condo, is located in a very nice and clean community close to the local trail and the Kapalua Bay beach, which is one of the best beaches on Maui for snorkeling. There are warm and clean swimming pools in the community area, too. The condo itself is very spacious and clean, it features modern style and materials inside. The kitchen is nice and well stocked with cookware, except maybe a kettle and some condiments. The view from the living room windows is near perfect. And the place is very quiet in general and at night, too.

Mahina Surf offers accommodations in Kahana, a 2-minute walk from Pohaku Park Beach and 3.1 miles from Kapalua Plantation Course. Providing a restaurant, the property also has pool with a view.

The condo had a great view of the ocean, the pool was refreshing too! We appreciated the water toys, chairs, umbrella, towels, and kitchen appliances!

it's in a great location and very very clean. the staff are also amazing. the rooms have fully stocked kitchens and are spacious. not having to wait for an elevator is big plus. the grounds are also beautiful with stunning mature tropical plants. parking is super easy and included. cherry on top: listening to the waves from my bed. looks better than the pictures irl.

I liked the staff. I liked that it was clean and was a condo. We stayed two times. The best is the rooms ocean front with lounge chairs and nice view. You still have to go down long ramp to beach as it’s on a small cliff. The second time we stayed in cheaper room by pool. Studio. The room was fine for two people. It is across the side street to get to the beach ramp. You’d need your own beach chairs if you wanted to sit on the beach. The view is just the pool but nothing else. But the location of the hotel is great to go to a better beach anyway. We never did sit on the property beach . We drove 5-10 minutes to a fabulous beach called Kapalua Bay Beach. That was the best beach we saw in all of Maui and Big Island! So no need to pay high price for beach front unless you can afford. But Yes it was nice though to sit there and see morning and sunset. But if you choose to stay in lesser expensive rooms you can spend days at this great beach or drive to other beaches to try out.

The condo was great. 3 br 2 bath overlooking a huge lake called the Pacific Ocean. Wake up, to the water with snorkeling gear and see turtles, spinner dolphins, and other fish. View Molokai and Lanai. And the sunsets were out of a magazine. Some nights we cooked indoors, bar b qued by the pool, or go out to local venues. The Java jazz was nice for music dinner and brew. Food truck park was an experience for variety. As for tourism, snorkeling at Honolua Bay, Slaughter House Bay and Black Rock was outstanding. Then there are boat tours to Malakini and turtle town. Or, just take a drive to Hana, or hike the many areas around Haleakala. Give yourself a couple weeks to really enjoy the Island. Oh, and the Iao Valley has a great lunch place. At the end of the day, back to the condo to enjoy the sound of the ocean and the water view.
