My wife and I spent a week at Al Faro in July of 2023. The hotel is very nice, with clean, spacious rooms. The breakfast is absolutely top-notch, with huge variety of food and very tasty as well. Where the experience really shines, however, is with the staff. I can honestly say I've never been to a friendlier hotel. Everyone was incredibly helpful, accommodating, and warm. We would 100% stay here again.

I really loved the warm welcome we had here. Everything you need, you can talk to the stuff and be provided. They really help their guests. The rooms are clean and cozy. We had our Burgenland card made there so we can visit the sites free of charge or discounted. Also, they provided bicycles for us as well(though the weather was so bad, we couldn't use them). The breakfast is simply perfect as well. A buffet basically. We will definitely visit again, thank you!

The apartment is amazing, everything is done in top quality. But the wellness section is really great. There is an outdoor poll and an indoor pool, a bunch of different kinds of saunas, steam cabin, salt cabin, plus quiet rooms for resting etc. Everything really beautiful and when we used this facility (afternoon) it was almost completely empty. There is also a gym. Normally when an accommodation has "wellness" it is much smaller (unless it is a big hotel), so this was really unexpected! The apartment is well equipped, we only stayed one night but there is a supermarket next door, so you can easily cook meals if you want. There is a small private garden for the apartment to hang out outdoors, and the lake is really close. All in all, fantastic.
