Lovely location with natural view, good location, facilities were attention to detail - well thought

Austral Place 88 exceeded all our expectations. The place was exceptionally clean, very comfortable, and truly felt just like our own home. Everything was well-maintained and thoughtfully arranged, making our stay relaxing and stress-free. It offers outstanding value for money, especially considering the quality and level of comfort provided. The hosts, Ron and Debbie, were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and informative. They went out of their way to ensure we had everything we needed and shared helpful information that made our stay even better. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend Austral Place 88 to anyone looking for a clean, comfortable, and welcoming place to stay. We would happily return.

Best stay of our trip! The house is exceptionally spacious, spotless, and fully equipped with everything you could possibly need (and beyond!). It’s the most well-provided-for home we encountered on our road trip. The host is lovely and the place made us feel right at home. 10/10!

Great location, close to everything. Only a few minutes drive from restaurants. Kfc is next door. The room was quiet, and lots of car park. Room was clean. Beds were comfortable. We had good sleep.

Location fine- we needed a start point for Great Ocean road- arrived tired and just relaxed. Property is Spacious and comfortable with garage for car. An excellent alternative to motel accomodation. Large lounge with TV and comfortable seating to relax in.

So easy for check in. Staff all round are great. They couldn’t do more to help me.

The location was great, it was roomy and "easy to live-in" even though we were only there one night.

The facility’s, the kitchen and dinning rooms made our family trip so much more enjoyable, we where all able to gather together. Location of park was great, close to everything. Indoor pool was amazing. Just wish it opened a little later.

Hotel staff were all really friendly, rooms were nice and clean. Lovely hotel. The spa gives a discount for hotel guests.
