they have only recently opened but everything is working, hot showers and great breakfast. The cottages are very nice designed with a sunroof window in the bathroom for extra light and to bring the warms of the sun in during the day. the beds are super comfortable and warm blankets. the team is super friendly and helpful. we didn’t feel well so they made us special tea and brought soup to the room. also breakfast was delivered to the room when we couldn’t get up :)

Oh it is enchanting ! To say that this island is paradise is an understatement but this hotel makes it even more of a haven. Contrary to most places that have a sun deck or a garden, here, you get your own private bungalow with private terrace and lounge chairs plus 2 gardens, and being high up on the hill, the views are stunning. The room is very spacious, with a super comfy bed and a living room area with 2 huge windows overlooking the lake and Illampu( which you also see from the bed). The bathroom is sparkling clean and large. There’s a heater that works so you sleep very well. Breakfast is plentiful and delicious, as is dinner. We stayed 2 nights, wishing we had stayed longer. But the very best of all is Sonia and her children who are so nice and welcoming and will do anything possible to make you happy. They arranged for donkeys to carry our luggage, I recommend you do;) Really really can’t recommend this hotel enough.

If you want what is arguably the best view on Isla del Sol right from your hotel room then look no further 🤩 – the room was also nice and warm, with a comfortable bed. The location of the hotel is also excellent, especially if you're doing the popular "2 day / 1 night Copacabana + Isla del Sol" itinerary, as you can easily hike the south part of the island on the first day, and then do the south–north through hike (or the opposite) on the second day. The host can even help you with luggage logistics for a small fee in case you're pressed for time due to the boat schedules. Plus, the price even included breakfast which was great!
