Barbara contacted me a few days before my stay, on the same day of arrival and because I arrived late she sent me easy instructions for self check in and also checked up with me that I arrived and everything is OK. The room was amazing, so beautiful, clean and comfortable. I could even cook, even though the kitchen is not big. Great value for money!

This hotel is beautiful. The rooms are spacious and have everything you’d need. Location can’t be beat, it’s in the heart of the city, close to beach and Benidorm palace. The roof top pool is heated which was wonderful. Breakfast was delicious and had a variety of foods. But… even better than all of that are the employees, they were friendly, accommodating and went out of their way to provide excellent service. Absolutely delighted with this hotel

Maria the receptionist was the most super lady to meet she was so nice and she explained everything to us and the food was just lovely and staff could not fault only praise this hotel and the price was so so low for what we got bottle of water in room superbly clean a lift and big bedroom with little dainty balcony overlooking the street EXCEPTIONAL STAY FOR SURE

Staff was amazing and very friendly. Location was absolutely fantastic. Our room was very spacious and nice(premium room) We had breakfast and dinner every day and i was surprised how good both breakfast and dinner buffet was.
