Beach Hotels in Kobuleti

Everything thing was good, its clean and it has a swimming pool. Close to the beach.

Brand new well designed. Sea front was amazing.

Lovely place and very welcoming host

amazing location overlooking the sea. you can see batumi and the snow covered mountains. the building has a very cool kind of art deco vibe. big rooms and huge bathroom. the staff were kind and helpful. We ordered room service and the food was delicious. it was a very relaxing, peaceful stay and we will definitely go back.

The location is great, their staff is great and helpful. There is a private parking in the hotel, available from a nearby street.

High value for a small price that exceeds expectations. A kind host who strives to make every guest feel cozy and comfortable. A quiet and peaceful place for relaxation.

it was a short stay and I could say that it was pretty nice and quiet.

Very good location. I think it will be very convenient place for summer vacation nearby Black Sea.

Clean room with kitchen and big balcony, quite close to the beach. Host saved parking space for us

The beds are very comfortable, the rooms are cleaned every day, the staff is super nice and friendly, especially the cleaning ladies, who gave us tiny gifts in the form of chocolate candies every evening. The reception workers were also very helpful providing us with everything we needed. The breakfast was delicious and with a great variety despite it being a low season with very few guests. One day they didn’t put the trays with hot food, but the staff informed us that we can order the things we like such as fried eggs/omelet/porridge etc. The swimming pool was perfectly maintained, saunas worked, the water was warm and everything was very clean. The territory outside the hotel was also very well maintained with workers taking care of the outdoor pools and the garden. We also had dinner at the Adjara restaurant, the staff was also very nice. The food was tasty and served quickly. The lounge bar also had a variety of drinks, unfortunately not all of them were available, but the signature GPH cocktail exceeded our expectations. The SPA services provided at the hotel were also enjoyable. We booked general SPA massage with stone therapy and it was a very relaxing experience. The staff in the SPA is also nice and they even provided us a discount for all the services (but probably it was due to the low season). Overall we had a great experience celebrating my husband’s birthday there, we’d like to thank the staff for their hospitality and friendliness.

ძალიან მშვიდი, სასიამოვნო, სუფთა და მყუდრო გარემო. ყურადღებიანი მასპინძლები.

The hosts were super kind, I will return again!

The hotel was spotless and incredibly comfortable, but the location is what first takes your breath away. From the balcony, you get the best of Georgia: majestic mountains on one side and the sparkling sea on the other. The breakfast was best we had in Georgia. However, the true highlight is the genuine Georgian hospitality. The owner and his family welcomed us like long-lost relatives. We shared some of his excellent homemade Cognac, and he even gifted us a beautiful bottle of his homemade white wine. 10/10—we will definitely be back next year!

Everything :) The staff, room, and environment are perfect. I loved the place 🤩

Really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. Everything is new, clean, and well-maintained. The underground parking is a big plus, especially during the summer. The pool is also clean and well-kept. The location is relatively quiet and is right across from the newly developed boulevard, which is great for taking a walk and enjoying the area.

I can to say it was one of the best guest houses I've ever stayed. Very very clean and comfortable. Prices in comparition with this standart very cheap. The host and his family are very kind and helpfull. I can strongly recommend to stay there.

It's a very good guest house for its price. The room is quite small but it features everything a rational traveller might need - ac, shower, and a table. I was able to teach online and the WiFi worked great. We stayed about 5 nights and I can say that I really liked the location. The street is mainly quiet, and it is definitely a way better place to relax at night than hotels on the first line. We didn't use the communal kitchen but I could see it was well-equipped. There's a washing machine. There's a supermarket and a bunch of good restaurants nearby.

Very clean, cozy place with beautiful veranda.perferct location. 5 minutes to the beach. Very nice garden and quiet neighborhood.

The host Tamuna is amazing, we arrived a bit early before check in, but they cleaned the room and prepared for us quickly. The breakfast is always divergent and very tasty, homemade. The pool and the room were very clean.

We stayed there for 2 weeks and really enjoyed everything. It was in the very calm part of Kobuleti. The host and his family where very friendly and hospitable. Every day at 10am we had breakfast. Although it was simple but very tasty and we felt ourselves as a part of their family. To reach the beach you have to walk 3-5 min. There are many restaurants nearby (20 min walk) and several restaurants nearby (2-3 min walk) which in comparison with other restaurants in Kobuleti were cheaper, especially the restaurant named Nene, it was very cheap and with good food quality. The rooms and the pool were clean. The balcony was very comfortable to sit and enjoy reading or playing. The yard is quite big and everything is designed to sit outside comfortably. There is a shared kitchen for the guests in case you want to make your own food. Also you make BBQ outside.

The hotel was perfect. For this price, it truly exceeded my expectations. The staff was very friendly and welcoming. It is noteworthy that despite not being Georgians, they still tried their best to communicate in Georgian, which I really appreciated. I would definitely recommend this hotel.
