Beach Hotels in Qorolist'avi

The stay definitely exceeded my expectations. The host was super welcoming and attentive, and made sure we had the best experience. The place was very clean, comfortable and exactly what we needed. Me and my friends really enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend it!

We had a wonderful time at Dream House. The photos don’t fully capture the beauty of the garden. At the end of the yard, there’s a small river — you can hear the soothing sounds of water and nature all the time, which brings so much peace. If you’re looking for a place surrounded by forest, close to the sea, and with a river, this is the perfect spot for you.

Staff is great and very friendly, breakfast is good, room is clean with everything you need. Location is good from 5-8 mins from beach with markets nearby.

The house is very clean and beautiful, the family was grateful and too kind the view was amazing and they have playful dog and pretty pool

I liked my stay! The house (two rooms) was clean and freshly renovated. The hostess was helpful, the host treated us with 2 liters of home-made wine, earlier he recognized us on the road and gave us a ride! We were thankful to him for that! The wifi works well! Kitchen is spacious and the terrace is even more spacious (there are spots for dining, morning tea, barbeque etc). The views on Batumi and the Black sea are beautiful! The beach is far)), but I was working from home) Madina, sincerely

Beautiful family guesthouse/hotel! Nicely appointed room. Staff and owner offer impeccable hospitality. I highly recommend this accomodation. Nicely shielded from street noise, makes this a pleasant and restful place to stay

Best value for money, nice place with a good washing machine, cozy location, and good manager. At first there was a big noise problem but just shut the hallway door and it's as quiet as an owl.

We were very impressed by the hotel and it exceeded our expectations! A very nice family who surrounded us with care and warmth; spacious and very clean and comfortable rooms; diverse, very healthy and fresh breakfast, in a cozy atmosphere, perfect for a family or couple. The hotel is in a quiet and a bit remote area, but with the city center being very accessible through the local transport in few minutes.
