What a relaxing and wonderful stay. The property was large enough to provide excellent 5 star amenities but not overcrowded. The small touches such as sparkling wine and fruits upon arrival and departure gifts made nice impression. The staff were all friendly and helpful and the food we had on property was delicious. Easy beach access and our private pool made the perfect combination for a perfect beach getaway. Would definitely visit again.

Everything was fantastic, these were the dream holidays, already looking forward for coming back to this place. The hotel is great, the sun, sea, nature (despite of the recent wildfires) - all is beautiful and peaceful.

Our room was beautiful, comfortable and clean . We had a private terrace with our own private pool which we loved. The staff were very friendly and evening entertainment was varied so something for everyone. Several restaurants to dine in, we enjoyed every meal we had. Perfect relaxing week.

Hotel location in Kiotari, Rhodes. Very nice hotel with two salty swimming pools and one swimming pool with chlorinated water near hotel lobby and main entrance. Very professional and friendly two persons at the reception desk: Man at the reception and Lady from Mitsis Friends Club at the reception. I do recommend both staff members. Very good check-in experience thanks to aformentioned Mr at the reception and also, thanks to Mrs from Mitsis Club reestablished nice experience and saved our last day of our stay on Jul 15th (departure day), despite of last day unexpected late check-out service cancelation (see below). Also nice and friendly staff in hotel restaurant. Friendly maid staff, too. I do recommended all hotel restaurants with very nice, professional and very friendly staff. Five restaurants: main one and additional four: Greek, Italian, Asian and Mexican cuisine. Safe bridge connection over busy road to hotel beach, and also available hotel shuttle to the beach. Walk way from hotel to sea side is thro Mistis Maris hotel, so it is very safe for children since both hotels are connected and under security guidance. Very professional and friendly Ladies from Kids Club, especially one form Greece and two from Poland I do recommend.

The room was really spacious., the staff accommodated all of our requests and the beach amentias were really great. pool and beach service for food and drinks was cherry on top of everything the hotel had to offer.

The facilities were great, and the staff were all excellent, courteous, and very professional. Since is was all-inclusive, food and drinks were always available. We were very happy we chose this hotel.

The all-inclusive Mitsis Rodos Maris is built by the beach of Kiotari. It features 3 pools, 2 tennis courts, a spa center and a water sports center.

The service was exceptional! at first, we received a bungalow room with an awful smell on urine coming from the toilet (the toilet seat was practically yellow and needed a replacement) and some ants on the floor. we asked for a switch for another room which was much better. the restaurants needed reservations but totally worth it! we had breakfast and dinner there, every day of the trip. similarly, the staff was SO nice and friendly.
