This apartment has the perfect location. The neighborhood felt very safe. It is just a couple of blocks from the Dimotiko Theatro train station from which you can get to downtown Athens in 30 minutes or the airport in a little over an hour for 9 euros. It is also a short walk to both the port and the marinas where there are many restaurants, bars, cafes, bakeries, and gelato stores. It was roomy and immaculately clean. We loved the shower, the very large flat screen TV, and having a full kitchen. There are also plenty of grocery stores nearby where we bought supplies so we could enjoy leisurely breakfasts in the apartment. And it allowed us to bring home leftovers from the abundant restaurant meals that we could enjoy later. The owner, Dimitris, was very responsive to our queries, accommodating to our needs, and offered helpful suggestions. The cleaner, Maria, does a great job and was also very helpful.

- The host is friendly and very responsive. - The condo was clean and functional. Kitchen, bath, linens & towels were clean and ready to go. - Seems like a safe and secure property so we had no safety concerns. - The location was convenient, close to the port with many restaurants & tavernas within walking distance. There is a small grocery store right around the corner. - The crib was made available as requested and the host left some toys there that my 2-1/2 year old nephew really enjoyed. - The inner environment was fairly quiet and peaceful with only light traffic noise in the day time (as one would expect in any busier urban environment.) - Make sure to turn on the water heater circuit breaker at the panel in the hall way. The host has it clearly marked.

We had a wonderful time staying at this apartment. The place was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described — perfect for our trip. The location was great, close to everything we needed. A special thanks to our host, who was incredibly kind and accommodating. They even let us stay longer on our last day because our flight was late, which made our trip so much easier and stress-free. Highly recommend this apartment and would definitely stay again!
