Beach Hotels in Ríva

The location and the hospitality was perfect. The host was very helpful and willingly to help. The area was in silent. Although Karlovasi was far away from the ports and main affectionated locations such as Kokoari, Phytogorion, etc., the area was selected by the needs of the car rental.

This apartment exceeded every expectation. It’s rare to find a place that feels both luxurious and comfortable, but this one strikes the perfect balance. The interior is fresh, modern, and impeccably clean, giving the whole space a calm, inviting atmosphere from the moment you walk in. The amenities are excellent — everything is brand new, thoughtfully chosen, and designed to make your stay effortless. The location is another major highlight: the apartment sits in a quiet, safe area that’s still incredibly convenient. It’s only about a three‑minute ride to the port and very close to the city center, making it easy to explore, dine, shop, or catch a ferry without any stress. The hosts deserve special mention. They are kind, attentive, and truly invested in their guests’ comfort. Their warm hospitality and quick communication made the stay feel personal and memorable. I would recommend this property without hesitation — it’s one of those rare finds that delivers on every promise: modern, spotless, well‑located, and hosted by genuinely fantastic people.

The staff were really helpful and very polite. Both the room and the rest or the hotel was very clean, the breakfast was delicious and the location is ideal to be close at the square

The atmosphere was peaceful, and the staff were very attentive and helpful. The hotel is old, and the swimming pool is quite small. Overall, we were comfortable.

The house was spotlessly clean and very comfortable. The host was incredibly warm, welcoming, and hospitable. She had thought of every little detail to make our stay as pleasant as possible. We truly felt at home and really enjoyed our stay.

We loved the location! Place was so uniqe! Small but extra cosy outdoor area was just a cherry on top! Will be back for sure

Excellent decor and very friendly staff!

The friendship and attention of staff make me feel as if they are my family!

Location of the hotel is really accessible from main road. Has plenty of parking space. Staff is really kind and helpful.

Location and view are great. It’s clean minimalist but comfortable and just really suited us well. Balcony was excellent. Hosts were helpful, kind and great.

Ample space, we booked a two bedroom apartment. Very clean. Change of towels every two days. Separate beach towels provided. View to the beach and pool.
