Self-Catering Accommodations in Ríva

very good location, easy to get everywhere!

The location and the hospitality was perfect. The host was very helpful and willingly to help. The area was in silent. Although Karlovasi was far away from the ports and main affectionated locations such as Kokoari, Phytogorion, etc., the area was selected by the needs of the car rental.

Spacious, clean, modern apartment with all of the listed facilities, and as pictured. Public parking next to the property.

The host was very hospitable and kind. They asked us each day if we needed anything. The unit was very spacious and very well put together. I would definitely recommend.

This apartment exceeded every expectation. It’s rare to find a place that feels both luxurious and comfortable, but this one strikes the perfect balance. The interior is fresh, modern, and impeccably clean, giving the whole space a calm, inviting atmosphere from the moment you walk in. The amenities are excellent — everything is brand new, thoughtfully chosen, and designed to make your stay effortless. The location is another major highlight: the apartment sits in a quiet, safe area that’s still incredibly convenient. It’s only about a three‑minute ride to the port and very close to the city center, making it easy to explore, dine, shop, or catch a ferry without any stress. The hosts deserve special mention. They are kind, attentive, and truly invested in their guests’ comfort. Their warm hospitality and quick communication made the stay feel personal and memorable. I would recommend this property without hesitation — it’s one of those rare finds that delivers on every promise: modern, spotless, well‑located, and hosted by genuinely fantastic people.

Big appartment, clean and comfortable.

We loved the location! Place was so uniqe! Small but extra cosy outdoor area was just a cherry on top! Will be back for sure

Its garden, rooms, kitchen, location, and especially having an excellent sea where you can swim directly from the front of the property.

It was way beyond our expectations. Very well decorated, very cozy and comfortable.

It was beautiful. The room and facilities were wonderful, the location was perfect , and the view from my patio was more than I had hoped for.

We liked the amenities. The units have a balcony. There is a pool onsite and the beach is minutes walk away.
