Friendly, exceptional staff, very helpful. Beautiful view of the ocean. Decent parking. Close enough to Tumon by car or bus, but far enough away not to deal with the hustle and bustle of crowds. The buffet was delicious, and even behind peak hours service felt swift. The complimentary tea time was equally splendid. The welcome gits were also a wonderful touch, which my girlfriend and I enjoyed immensely.

The breakfast buffed was TOTALLY worth the money!! They had amazing and several options to choose from. The staff were so welcoming and the rooms were exceptional. The waterpark was so entertaining and in all I had an amazing time.

This was my second visit to Guam and I wholeheartedly enjoy this resort.

1. Staffs were really friendly, esp. Korean staffs who talked to us Korean family first, and the staffs at the pool and the Breeze were very nice too. 2. Location in the middle of Tumon beach was excellent, and beach and the pool fantastic. 3. Our room was bigger than I expected and thankfully an extra bed for my 5 years old was placed without having requested for it. Thankful for the little table and bench chair for kids in the room - while my kids played on it and us parents took a little break. 4. Bon Voyage shopping price and experience wasn't bad as well.
