Property was well-maintained; staff was very friendly and courteous. Location on the beach was absolutely gorgeous and close to hotel. The amenities were relevant and well-maintained as well.

The breakfast buffet, top notch. Staff at Palm Cafe super nice, 5 star! Hotel and Palm Cafe overlook the beach. Room very nice with balcony on the 8th floor. The Dusit is really (2) hotels connected by Dusit Plaza. This is a block long shopping mall where any of the stores and restaurants can be accessed without going outside. Parking is the same. Access the multilevel parking area common to both hotels is thru Dusit Plaza. This is especially nice when temperatures outside are high. I can't leave out the staff that did room cleaning. They were very nice.

Despite an issue that occurred upon check-in, they were accommodating and very quick to fix. Room was clean and cozy. Breakfast at Aqua was delicious and had so many options! Staff in the Club Lounge were so friendly and helpful! Dusit is me and my other half's favorite hotel and look forward to coming back 🖤

STAFF WERE ALL VERY HOSPITABLE...VERY HELPFUL..I ASKED FOR EXTRA PILLOWS, HOUSE KEEPING STAFF DELIVERED REAL QUICK...ENGINEERING TECH CAME IN AND ASSISTED IN GETTING OUR TV UP AND RUNNING...CHECKING OUT WAS A SMOOTH PROCESS AS WELL...SALLY ASSISTED US..ALL STAFF WERE SUPERB!!.. Great location in Tumon bay - you can see beautiful views and it’s perfect for snorkeling. There’s a park nearby to walk around and you can easily go to Ypao beach. The staff were helpful and friendly, especially JP at the beach house was attentive to guests and had a great knowledge of local culture experience recommendations.

A 7-minute drive from Guam International Airport, Guam Reef Hotel features an outdoor swimming pool. Free on-site parking is available and guests enjoy free Wi-Fi access.
