This is great place, with fantastic location and sea view. The rooms are very comfortable and great, with balcony and all relevant furniture on the balcony. The breakfast is fantastic, will all kind of food you can dream off. The pool and beach area are exceptional. The sun set view from the beach is one can just dream off.

For stays longer than 1 night, there is a possibility that the hotel might transfer you to another room.

The property is very close to the Pile gate - no lugging heavy suitcases all around the old city - it’s about as convenient as it gets if you want to stay inside the old city walls. The flat is gorgeous; has everything you need for a comfortable stay. The bedding was very comfy, clean and high quality, unlike many rentals who skimp on comfort, with lots of pillows and blankets. The flat also had coffee - no need to buy or bring any with us. Overall, it was a perfect location for our visit to Dubrovnik. Michael also arranged parking for our rental car, as well as making us dinner reservations for our day of arrival. what a host!

the location of the property is super close to the main road. there is no stairs going to the apartment, except inside the apartment. the property managers where so accommodating and friendly, they will help you with your questions. the place is big and tidy

Beautiful setting. Peaceful. We were treated so well. It was quiet. Did not feel overcrowded. Staff is amazing. Breakfast is included and a la carte. The views are just beautiful. I would stay here again.
