Loved our stay at this Anjuna beachside gem. The private rooms were super clean and comfy.. perfect for relaxing after a day out. The whole place has such lively, positive vibes that it instantly feels like home. Just a short walk to the beach, with great music, friendly people, and a vibe that makes you want to extend your stay. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a perfect mix of chill and fun in Anjuna. Thanks to Shashank and Duke from the staff - they were incredibly helpful and always had a smile on.

The property is beautiful and the villa is decorated very nicely. The pool has a good view of the ocean. The on-site caretaker is helpful. This is a house I would love to live in (minus the bug problem). Breakfast options were nice, and the caretaker is a great cook; he even did my laundry for me. Just steps from the beach and one of my favorite places to eat in Anjuna. Pool was kept clean. Djietje, the lady who came to welcome me to the property, was extremely polite, friendly, professional, and welcoming. She was wonderful in assisting me with the bug problem - however, she had to follow directions from the personnel at the home office (unfortunately, they were not helpful whatsoever. They could benefit from some customer service training).
