The rooms were very clean and the breakfast was amazing ! The view from the room is very beautiful and relaxing. The staff were super friendly and very accommodating, would definitely say it’s the best hotel in Mumbai.

The staff was very friendly. Five-star hotel near Aksa Beach, Mumbai, offering excellent service under the director’s watchful eye. Clean and friendly, it feels like a European four-star hotel. The beachside location is perfect, with a sizable pool, palm trees, and beautiful beach views. Our room on the first floor featured a large terrace overlooking these views. The restaurant serves delicious a la carte and buffet meals, capturing local flavors. A well-stocked bar overlooks the pool and sea. Notable features include a family-friendly playground in the lobby, a lifeguard at the pool providing towels, and a well-equipped spa and gym. Room service is prompt and efficient. In the evenings, the atmosphere is calm, with minimal noise from departing planes at Mumbai airport. Tuk-tuks are readily available for nearby shopping trips.

Wonderful people, especially Ahmed, who was incredibly helpful and friendly throughout my stay. The place is regularly cleaned and well maintained. And the real star of the place was Sassy the cat! Absolutely loved staying here.

It was lovely to stay with The Hotel Citizen Juhu. This hotel is located in one of Mumbai finest Beach called Juhu beach Mumbai. I really like the hospitality of this place welcoming all the time. Price wise a little bit high but it's ok because of the location.

Love the design. Love the service. Each detail was worth it in typical Soho House style. Love the calmness of the dining room at 8F, especially in the morning if you wanna hold some business meetings or work in peace.

Food from nusara restaurent was good. And breakfast very good choice of food. Reception staff all are good ....

Great location good for solo yraveler but if travelibg wirh wife spend more ans get more. Im a solo traveler traveling Asia, so to me it was fine. They staff is humble csrint and hellful, as in all of india show respect to get respect.. Thetly were honest clean and eager to assist. You sr a block from the Gateway,, Taj and Leoppolds famous bar/cafe. I giive itba 9.5 based on guesthousr ratings. Thank you Broadway for help witj raci and money xchange....
