Wbhat a wonderful place. We arrived late at night. The host arranged a taxi pickup from the airport. He stayed up for us and showed us everything. The breakfast next morning was very delicious. Altogether a very nice stay with a very friendly family.

Felt like a home away from home. Love that 3 of 4 rooms has attached bathrooms and that all rooms come with AC. The kitchen is nice and clean while having enough plates and cups for the family to use.

I chose this home stay because of the location and the flexibility. With an early incoming flight, the owner warmly arranged pickup & drop off at the airport (included), extra breakfast (additional pay), and early check in. With hotels in this area and price range, that personal kindness seems hard to find. Room was good and clean. Balcony with sea view and breeze was great for a jetlagged night. The traditional Kerala breakfast was delicious.

Exceptionally clean homestay, it's more than a resort the quality of rooms, amenities in bathroom and the hosts. They are the heart of this place♥️ the staffs are well trained and everyone is pleasant and eager to help you, and took an extra mile to make our stay comfortable. I had a pleasant stay at SkyLounge Residency in Varkala. The staff were attentive and took the time to show me different room options, ensuring I was happy with my choice. They were also flexible and accommodating when my plans changed, which made the experience stress-free. The room was very clean and well-maintained, providing a comfortable place to relax. The location is another highlight—close enough to walk to the cliff and enjoy the area, but far enough from the busy streets to feel peaceful. Overall, a great option for a calm and comfortable stay in Varkala.
