Beyond amazing in every way - I have travelled the world and stayed at many many places - never have I experienced soooo much help - kindness - generosity - I had an emergency dental issue and the owner not only arranged an appointment on my day of arrival but personally drove me the three times I had to go. Plus to ATM and to a festival on my first night. The breakfast each morning is so generous and different each day morning and served on the upstairs deck with sea views and a lovely breeze. Even a small thing when a button came off and I asked for a sewing kit he took to his wife to do for me. I also used his recommendation for a driver from the airport as o arrived late at night and would again recommend this service / it might cost a little bit more but worth it. I used the same driver to take me to Munroe Island. The room was spacious - comfortable and modern quiet a/c and a fan, plus a kettle. The bathroom had all that was needed with hot water. There is also a kitchen downstairs with large fridge and microwave. The beach is a five minute walk away. I will never forget the hospitality and kindness making my first trip ever to India incredible. Thank you 🙏

The cottages are located in a peacefull and quite corner of paradise just outside Varkala’s main beach. A cozy and well designed palm garden, with hammocks and luongers, make the perfect filter area between the cozy houses and Odayam beach. The owner and his team are going to make your staying unforgettable! They will make you feel home in any possible way. They prepare fresh and delicious breakfast in keralan Style as well as other ‘western’ items and fruits. I will definitely come back.

Down a quiet street, in the quieter South cliff side (most tourist shops/restaurants are in the North cliffs) right across from a hotel, you can either take stairs down the cliff to Elixir Beach or walk downhill about 10 mins to get to main Varkala Beach.
