Everything was almost perfect! Swimming pool was awesome (shallow and deep end) - there’re some bad reviews about the pool not having the deep end - total nonsense. I’m 6’ and with my arm above my head i was still under water. Plenty of sunbathing seats and umbrellas around it. And the lifeguard wasn’t too stringent (like a bunch of reviews mention). We had 4 kids ages 9 through 15 and with some antics in the pool there were no issues. Breakfast plentiful - we never once ran out of savory or sweet foods. Plenty of bad reviews about the foods not being replenished if you come eat breakfast at later times - nonsense again. We would show up at or later than 9am and never had any depleted foods/drinks. Beach area is big enough, rocky like most of the beaches in the area although mostly pebbles and not big rocks, sandy once in the water. Some snorkeling closer to the rocky shoreline. You can borrow some umbrellas from hotel or you can pay for private sunbathing seats/umbrellas above the beach area. Location is 10 minutes away with the car from best snorkeling in the area (Plemmirio shoreline), Syracuse/Ortigia just 20 minutes away with the car, and southern gems like Noto, Ragusa, Modica, and the very southern tip Spiaggia Isola delle Correnti within 1 - 1.5 hrs.

It's appreciated that they upgraded our room, which was spacious and well-equipped. The breakfast is truly excellent, with a wide variety of sweet and savory options, as well as freshly made vegetable and fruit juices. They also offer a shuttle bus to the city center, though I didn’t have a chance to use it. A highly enjoyable stay!

The location was great, the comfort of private parking inside the facility was also great, but the gem was Peppe and his parents. They were exceptionally friendly and helpful with us!l Even though the property is shared with them - in different floors - it was a delight sharing it with them, very welcoming, gentle and reserved people.

Really nice villa, with our own porch! We loved this place, which looks especially beautiful at night, with the garden and pool lights on.

Here are my top 3 reasons why I would recommend this accommodation. 1. The setting. After lots of city stays this peaceful setting on the ocean felt like a sanctuary. There is a large outdoor space with multiple comfortable seating options to enjoy the ocean breeze in the shade or sun. I think we spent more time here than exploring around because it was so lovely to sit outside to relax, read, eat & sip. 2. The hosts. Veronica & Alessio were just so welcoming, helpful & lovely. They provided everything we needed & more. 3. The location. Away from the business but still less than a 15 minute drive to Ortigia & Siracusa. We also easily drove to Noto, 2 different nature reserves & several beautiful beaches. We planned to drive to Ragusa from here too, but the seaside garden setting was too difficult to leave.

Beautiful house, spacious, nicely decorated and with many amenities. Ideal of you travel by car, its five minutes to the beach and fifteen minutes to the Syracuse center by car.

Very quiet agritourismo in the agricultural region. 20 minutes to Ortigia. Owners on site and very helpful. Kitchen was a bonus.

This apartment is in a very quiet seaside community. It is in a large walled-in lot with trees, birds, and lots of light. There are sun chairs around a patio area. The highlight is a hot tub where we spent time relaxing after our days of touring southeast Sicily. The apartment is comfortable and we were able to cook a nice meal in the kitchen when we didn’t go to a restaurant. For restaurants, we recommend La Fornace in Isola, a 5 minute drive, with tables on the water looking across to Siracusa. Andrea, the host, was very responsive and provided us with much information about the area. This apartment was a perfect place to relax.

It was spacious and clean. The kitchen was wonderful and we were able to cook and relax like we were at home. The host was kind and had coffee, a bottle of wine, water, pastries and fresh fruit for us.

Great place with good food and nice people.

Amazing indoor and outdoor space. Prettier than the pictures which are very accurate. 3 bedrooms up and 3 down. Outdoor kitchen was fun to cook in. Will visit again with my large multigenerational family. Host was very accommodating and helpful. Gated parking a plus. Close to markets and Syracusa.

The room was very comfortable, bright, and clean. The front desk staff were friendly and welcoming. The location is excellent, right near the main square, with many restaurants just outside the door, making dining very convenient.

Perfect stay from start to finish - the staff was incredibly kind, helpful, and went above and beyond, the rooms and views were fantastic, the location is unbeatable, the food and coffee were incredible... I am still dreaming of our magical stay at Egeo! I cannot wait to return :)

The house was well situated within walking distance of the water and a fantastic restaurant. Only 10 minutes drive from a sandy beach. Nice quiet surroundings. The hosts Enzo and his son Mirko were very kind and helpful. Private parking inside the gate to the property.
