Beautifull , very big apartment with a nice terrace at the back and view of the sea in front. The appartement was spotlessly clean and the host was wonderful. The parking garage ( 250 meters from the apaprtement) is a great bonus as parking in this area is not always easy. A couple of restaurants within 5 minutes walk and a very charming minimarket right in front of the appartment. Bus stop for Porto Venere or La Spezia is 80 meters away.

Best B&B you can wish for. Great location, good restaurant in walking distance. Parking spot is five minute walk away and safe, not on the side of the road. Nadia, the owner, is a great and helpful. Her son Francesco speak perfect English.

Liked the views and all the windows. The main bathroom was big and had a washer. Great location along the water. Management was very responsive.

This place is located in a truly beautiful area and is spacious, cozy, spotless, and absolutely charming. Sara gave us a very warm welcome, and what helped us the most was all the local travel information and recommendations she shared with us. They made our trip much easier and more enjoyable. Sara is incredibly kind, sweet, and always willing to help whenever needed. Staying here didn’t feel like staying in a hotel or rental property, it felt more like staying at a friend’s home. We felt comfortable and welcomed from the moment we arrived. We had a wonderful stay and would highly recommend this place to anyone visiting the area!

This large apartment is perfectly situated to visit La Spezia, the Cinque Terre, the nearby islands and the many medieval villages in the countryside. The apartment’s 2 AC units, washing machine, microwave, coffee maker and oven helped make our stay very enjoyable. Being able to park for free within a short distance from the apartment was also very convenient. We would gladly return for an additional stay.

A beautiful and spacious apartment with sea view. The owner was very kind. The location is perfect for expiring La Spezia and surrounding villages such as Cinque Terre.

Good communication with the host, the Agency. Nice views from the apartment. Quiet area. Air conditioning was a big bonus as it was hot summer days. Very good pizzeria La Perla Nera was in a walking distance.
