Beautiful boutique hotel in Fontane bianche

We were unexpectedly upgraded to Villa Rosa. We occupied half of the house, our part consisted of 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and kitchen. Also there is another room(?) outside, with beds, air conditioning and TV. In the well-equipped kitchen host left for us milk, juice, bottled water, pasta, tomato sauce, tea, coffee and local sweets. Everything was clean, the bed was comfortable, we had huge towels. There were a washing machine in one bathroom, hair dryers, even new toothpaste and toothbrushes, an iron. The nearest beach was clean and beautiful, free of algi (we stayed at the end of may). At the villa we had outdoor shower with warm water to clean ourselves from sand. Swimming pool was clean, with sunbeds, but water was only couple degrees warmer than in the see, so we preferred going to the beach. We would love to return here, but next time we'll take some friends with us.

Really great place to stay! The staff was incredible, every single person was so kind and helpful, they were attentive and thoughtful. The rooms were spacious and lovely. The gardens around the property were so beautiful and lovely to spend time in. The pool was so nice. And the breakfast was absolutely delicious. It was wonderful being so close to the beach, and it's such a beautiful beach. We would absolutely stay here again!

Very clean and organized. A very short walk to the sea, close to a sandy beach and neiboring towns. Good continental breakfast.

Chris is an incredibly warm and friendly host. The room was spotless, and the breakfast was delicious. We also appreciated being able to borrow a beach umbrella and children's beach toys. The best part is that the beach is just a short walk away!

The apartment was wonderful! Very clean, everything was new and comfortable. The balcony was spacious and the bathroom was large — overall, our stay was very pleasant and comfortable.

My wife and I stayed here for a few days and we were really happy with it. The hosts are very friendly and make you feel like family — always ready to help or give advice.❤️ Breakfast is tasty and homemade, everything fresh. The room was clean, cosy and had everything we needed. 🙌🏼 There's a lot of space in the yard, never crowded. The terrace is lovely — pine trees around, shade, tables and chairs. Great for a quiet coffee in the morning or watching the sunset in the evening. Very calm and peaceful.❤️❤️❤️ The sea is just some 10 minutes walk away, the water is clean and the beach is great. There's also a restaurant nearby, so you don't have to go far for dinner. Highly recommend if you're looking for a quiet place by the sea. We'd come back again. Thank you for the hospitality!👍👍👍

We give an absolute 10 to this property! First of all, there is a brautiful garden in front with jacuzzi and you are free to use it. It looks like a small paradise, relaxing and amazing. Also, apartment inside the house, spotlessly cleand and has everything you need. Beds - very comfortable, I have to admit. Everything was made for you to enjoy peace and quiet place and rest from city rush and stress. Lady Sabrina is outstandingly kind and nice, extremely helpful and flexible. Guys, I totally recommend this property!!! And also, very important - worth the money! Next time we come to Sicily - we will book again for sure.

Excellent, unbeatable location! Wonderful pool, wonderful apartament, everything new and clean. Pleasent landlords, very helpflul staff from Sicila Vacanza. Nearby restaurants, market, bus station - everythint in a walking distance of few minutes.

Very causy little place, friendly people and quiet. Felt very safe as a solo female traveler. 10mins walk from the beach.

The host was very welcoming and immediately responsive to our messages and needs. The house is big enough and is equipped with ACs in all rooms. The grounds are massive and the pool was very well maintained.

This is a beautiful property with a pool and large garden to enjoy. Perfect for children of all ages . The house was immaculate, clean and spacious. The kitchen was well equipped. We also used the outdoor kitchen and enjoyed all our meals outside in a shaded area. The beach in Fontane Bianche was only a five minute walk. Our hosts even had beach toys for the kids. I have to say our hosts Flavia and Sebastiano were very welcoming and helpful. Their kindness and generosity was what made our stay so memorable! I would highly recommend this vacation home.

Everything about our stay was wonderful from the moment we arrived! The hospitality was some of the best we’ve ever experienced. Everyone who works at the hotel was so welcoming and friendly. Alberto gave us tons of good recommendations for beaches and food in the area. The accommodations were beautiful, well-maintained, clean, and homey. The attention to detail inside and out of the hotel is one of a kind! The pool is also stunning. The breakfast was a great start to each day, enjoyed in a beautiful courtyard. We also loved seeing the two cute farm dogs lounging outside everyday. We would come back to Sicily just to stay here again!

The house was well situated within walking distance of the water and a fantastic restaurant. Only 10 minutes drive from a sandy beach. Nice quiet surroundings. The hosts Enzo and his son Mirko were very kind and helpful. Private parking inside the gate to the property.

Everything was almost perfect! Swimming pool was awesome (shallow and deep end) - there’re some bad reviews about the pool not having the deep end - total nonsense. I’m 6’ and with my arm above my head i was still under water. Plenty of sunbathing seats and umbrellas around it. And the lifeguard wasn’t too stringent (like a bunch of reviews mention). We had 4 kids ages 9 through 15 and with some antics in the pool there were no issues. Breakfast plentiful - we never once ran out of savory or sweet foods. Plenty of bad reviews about the foods not being replenished if you come eat breakfast at later times - nonsense again. We would show up at or later than 9am and never had any depleted foods/drinks. Beach area is big enough, rocky like most of the beaches in the area although mostly pebbles and not big rocks, sandy once in the water. Some snorkeling closer to the rocky shoreline. You can borrow some umbrellas from hotel or you can pay for private sunbathing seats/umbrellas above the beach area. Location is 10 minutes away with the car from best snorkeling in the area (Plemmirio shoreline), Syracuse/Ortigia just 20 minutes away with the car, and southern gems like Noto, Ragusa, Modica, and the very southern tip Spiaggia Isola delle Correnti within 1 - 1.5 hrs.
