The room, hotel, and surroundings were incredible but what we will be talking about for years is the service. Not sure if I can say names on here but the very personable lady who checked us in (the one that had formerly worked at Disney) was so incredibly helpful, giving us a tour of the whole property upon our arrival which is quite large and giving us many recommendations for our few days in Puglia. The head of the bar program (the one who had previously worked in London) was so passionate about his craft, making very unique cocktail made almost exclusively with ingredients of Puglia or even the property. Some of the best cocktails we have had and great company too. This hotel is first rate and the best hotel we have ever had the pleasure of staying in, it doesn't get any better! We were quite sad to leave and say goodbye to the staff, thanks again for the great experience.

Excellently located, just a few steps to reach the city center and all the attractions, yet the hotel is located in a calm quiet street. The included breakfast was awesome! Staff was really friendly and could accommodate a late check in easily. Parking in Polignano is tricky, so either reserve your spot with the hotel or use the public parking 5 minutes walk from the hotel, this is expensive so I recommend reserving with the hotel.

Exceptional room with lots of extra attention to detail to make our stay more comfortable. Comfortable bed, huge bathroom and close to everything. Didn’t have to ask any questions as Giuseppe sent so many referrals for restaurants and excursions.
