Amazing experience since the beginning. We call the property and they were very kind and profesional while requesting some special requests. When we arrived, they treated us like royalty. The staff, the hotel ambiance, the room and food was absolutely wonderful. Conrado was our main point of contact and it was an honor to have known him. Very smooth check in with a very kind host. The place was very good with a very nice location. If you are traveling to Portofino, there is absolutely no reason to stay there. Just stay in Rapallo in Bellaria and go by bus or ferry or car. It was very clean and with snacks left for us. Will stay here again when we come to Portofino or Cinque Terre
