excellent hotel! Very kind hosts. Location is right at the beach across the road (50meters) and at the beginning of the promenade. On the other side there’s marina with beautiful yachts. It’s super clean everywhere. I stayed in a single room with a sea view. You get everything as it’s described. Great choice of food for breakfast (omelette, scrambled eggs, fruits, croissants, yogurt, etc.). wi-fi is of good quality and speed! I enjoyed everything! My recommendation to stay here!

The property is clean and offers spacious room with balconies and a very nice garden. It is at 5 min walk from the beach (both private and public ones), bakeries and restaurants. The private parking is a great option since the nearby streets are often full. The staff is very friendly and helpful, especially Ms Grazia who manages the location with care and kindness. The breakfast was excellent, with homemade cakes, cookies, jams and yogurt. So delicious!!! It is a place I highly recommend to anyone visiting Varazze and surrounding areas.
