Breakfast, Staff Rooms everything was great

I loved everything about this hotel. Room was spotless clean, the bed was very comfortable, the towels smelled so good, the amenities were great (rooftop pool & amazing view, lounge, breakfast hall). The staff is very friendly and ready to assist at anytime, always asking how they can make your stay more pleasant. The place is 6 min from the Pizza street and 8 min from Ayla by taxi, it’s is close to everything & the area is very safe. I m a solo traveller, I would definitely recommend this place to solo, couples or even families. I certainly will be booking it again when I revisit. Note: the pictures don’t serve the hotel well, the rooms are much nicer in reality, so book with confidence.

This was the nicest hotel I've been in in all of Jordan. It's as if the king was staying here elegant is all I can say.

I loved this hotel, it was within walking distance of the town if you're happy to stretch your legs a little, and taxis are cheap in any case. The staff were really friendly and willing to help. Breakfast was served in their sister hotel which was next door so no problem, and it was excellent, a huge choice of food.

The staff were so nice and they got everything we needed, they were there 24/7

I want to say thank you to the amazing staff, especially Amwag, who works there, who gave me amazing service at the reception. The rooms are clean and beautiful. Everything is there. Nothing is missing. I recommend the hotel even after I left the hotel. The staff is always smiling and gave good service, so thank you very much.

The pool and the rooftop bar is excellent with view of Aqaba and the sea. Free bus shuttle to Berenice beach stops in front of the hotel.

I stayed one night at Mass Plaza, and even in that short time, it left a lasting impression. From the moment I arrived, the staff were friendly, attentive, and welcoming. Check-in was smooth, and they even shared helpful local tips—true hospitality in action. Though I was only there overnight, I appreciated the fast Wi-Fi and the clean, inviting lobby. For my short stay, these essentials were spot-on.

Beautiful property & room with an amazing view of the Red Sea. Comfortable bed, incredible breakfast and nice pool area. Very happy with our stay. Staff is helpful and friendly and they check often to make sure all is well.

The hotel is super modern and beautifully decorated. Everyone was friendly, helpful and happy to help. Facilities are great. Room was spacious, clean and full of nice beauty products. Excellent hotel ! Great service and rooms are of high quality. We recommend a sea front suit which benefits from a direct view of the Red Sea.

The hotel is clean and very comfortable. The staff are nice and helpful. Special thanks to Mr Fadi Al Nimri for his support and taking good care of us during our stay along with Tia who was responsible for kids entertainment, he really made my daughter happy.

The Turquoise General Manager Name (Moayad) was very nice, helpful and provided assistance when I needed it. It was nice to speak English to him during my stay at this hotel for my business trip to Aqaba, Jordan. Also the daily staff at the check in counter desk, house keeping and breakfast staff was nice, courtesy and helpful. My bedroom balcony had a beautiful partial view of the ocean The breakfast dining area on the 7th floor had a great panoramic scenic view of the ocean. I wish I could of scene the sunset from this dining room in the early evening but it was closed.

My wife and I spent part of our honeymoon in Marina Plaza Hotel. We had such an amazing, Tala Bay was incredible. Everything was great honestly. Highly recommended

The breakfast was very good, with various vegetables, which I appreciated very much. There were different milk products - cheese, yogurt, cold and warm milk.I appreciated that the coffee was prepared in the kitchen, not provided on a machine and it was so tasty. I had two rooms, one with balcony, which was provided even I booked a standard room. I appreciated that.
